About Andrea B.

I am a 1994 graduate of Cedar Crest College.  I also earned my M.A. from Villanova University in 1997.  I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh Carbon Community College earning my Paralegal Certificate in 2018.  That same year, I earned the credentials to become a Certified Paralegal for next five years.  While at LCCC, I joined the prestigious Phi Theta Kappa and Lambda Epsilon Chi Honor Societies.

I have lived in Pennsylvania for nearly 35 years.  I began work as a secretary for the Allentown office of the Philadelphia-based law firm Blank Rome LLP.  Through hard work and perseverance, maintaining an excellent work ethic, I built a place for me there becoming a key employee of the partners' new law firm Lesavoy Butz & Seitz LLC. 

Early on in my career, I saw an opportunity to work for Mr. Lesavoy, took it and have been his assistant for 24 years.  A substantial portion of his practice is spent in real estate.  Soon I became Mr. Lesavoy’s paralegal.  I learned the fundamentals and foundational essentials to navigate real estate law.  A field that truly excites me.

I have always loved maps.  I have always loved houses.  I have always loved helping people.  In 2021, another opportunity presented itself to me to increase my knowledge and ability to help others in real estate.  I took it.

I see myself as an advocate for home buyers and sellers, not a salesperson.  What drives me are the opportunities to guide a client through a real estate transaction.  My clients are my priority, and knowledge is vital to help them in this ever-changing world of real estate.

I continue to educate myself in real estate and earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation and the Pricing Strategy Advisory (PSA) Certification.

I currently reside in Bloomsburg, PA with my fiancé and his four kids.  We enjoy camping, hiking and metal detecting.
